Kenwood USA Corporation has combined their new high-end mobile DVD Receiver and Navigation system into an aggressively priced, high-value package, the P-NAV6019. The two components represent Kenwood's best mobile entertainment component and their newest navigation system.

The new DVD receiver, DDX6019, is a dual DIN model that features a 6.95-inch widescreen monitor with anti-glare surface and Reverse Angle Tilt for easier viewing during glaring sunlight conditions. The DDX6019 is powered by a 50-watt x4 amplifier with three 2V pre-out connections for external amplifiers and will play a wide variety of disc types, including DVD Video, VCD and MP3, WMA and JPEG still pictures on disc. For mobile radio enthusiasts, the receiver features a standard AM/FM tuner and is Sirius Satellite Radio Ready and HD Radio Ready. (Sirius Satellite radio requires the optional SIRKEN 1 tuner and a Sirius subscription, and HD Radio can be added with the optional Kenwood KTC-HR100TR tuner.) For television entertainment, the DDX6019 can be integrated with Kenwood's KTC-V300N TV Tuner. Don't forget your favorite music – your iPod can be connected to the DDX6019 and controlled by the receiver with the KCA-iP500 adaptor. For safer hands-free cell phone calls, connect Kenwood's new KCA-BT100 Bluetooth Adapter to the receiver, and control incoming and outgoing calls from the receiver, even download the contents of your phonebook to the receiver and view it on the front panel display.

Additional components can be connected to the receiver, including Kenwood's CCD-900 Backup Camera.

The Package also includes the new KNA-G510 mobile navigation system, a highly advanced automotive navigation system with touch-screen control compatible with all navigation-ready touch-screen monitors. Using Garmin software, the system includes maps for the entire US, including Alaska and Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico. It features more than five million points of interest and the maps can be upgraded when available using the built-in SD card slot. The maps can also be displayed in two or three dimensions for improved image quality. For simpler navigation the KNA-G510 has Voice Guidance with TTS (text-to-speech) conversion for announcement of street names in English, Spanish and French languages. The system uses WAAS (Wide Area Augmentation System), a ground-based antenna system that is used to correct errors from multiple GPS satellite signals and provide much greater positional accuracy to within three meters. The KNA-G510 is XM Traffic and Weather Ready with the addition of the optional GXM-30 TCM Traffic Info Ready for real-time traffic incidents, and traffic flow can be integrated for best routing preferences and displayed in the mapping screen. In addition to live traffic the GXM-30 also is XM Satellite Radio Ready for music, news, sports, or talk radio. Either or all features can be activated with a subscription. If the interest is only for traffic the GTM-10 RDS-TMC tuner can be added on which receives the same TMC information but through local FM broadcasts. The GTM-10 includes a two year subscription for the DRS-TMC broadcast service. The system provides Multi-Route Options for alternative traffic routes and includes a trip computer and track log display to indicate trip progress. The KNA-G510 is very compact, measuring only 4" W x 4.5" D x 1.5" H for easy installation in a concealed location.

The Kenwood P-NAV6019 entertainment and navigation system is now available with a suggested retail price of $1700.
